Tiwa Savage is only a victim and not Tee Billz - Charles Novia

I watched the video interview of Tiwa Savage. And I have a few thoughts on it. Seems to me that the basic idea, coming from a PR perspective, was to pull a fast Olivia Pope ish on the scandal which broke a few hours ago. And understandably so. Tiwa Savage is a Brand Ambassador for a few top brands such as MTN, Pepsi and Pampers. Whatever the negative fallout of this impending and scandalous divorce , it’s going to have some downside a bit on the brands she campaigns for. So a fast ‘tell-my-side-of-the-story mode’ had to be employed and fast too. I don’ t know if a professional PR person was involved with the packaging but it was tacky. Not professionally done, in my opinion. I’m not harping on what she said, as those things are her personal heart cry and she has a right of reply but I’m more interested in the optics of what has been put out. First, perhaps in a bid to elicit some linear empathy or something, Tiwa was made to think that looking humble and contrite corresp

OVERCOME DIABETES.

Diabetes http://www.forevercarecentre.com Diabetes rates are rising, in fact it is now considered an (epidemic) in the medical community.   The International Diabetes Federation reports that: => 1.5 Million Nigerians are confirmed Diabetic. => Diabetes is the 7th leading cause of death.  => Diabetes increases heart attack risk and 68% of diabetes related death certificates report heart related problems. There are various causes of diabetes, which include Genetic Factor, Stress, Toxins, Adrenals and Excess Sugar But How Do We Solve It? Here's the man who spent $12 million on a congressional race — and lost

Meet the man who spent $12 million on a congressional race — and lost Fredreka Schouten, USA TODAY Brian Witte, AP Democrat David Trone greets commuters in Derwood, Md. Trone spent more than $12 million of his fortune on an unsuccessful House bid. Wine distributor David Trone just made history, and he's probably not happy about it. As the end of the day, Trone paid about $393 per vote that he won, roughly 10 times what each winning vote cost Raskin. The Democratic congressional candidate pumped more than $12.4 million of his fortune into his campaign for an open House seat in Maryland -- the most ever from a self-funded House candidate. Despite the money and the nearly non-stop advertising it paid for, Trone lost Tuesday's primary to a three-term state senator Jamie Raskin, who has been a champion of reducing the role of money in politics. Raskin raised about $2 million. Trone, who co-owns a multi-state chain of Total Wine & More stores, joins a political gra

Fani Kayode: Buhari is silently fuelling attacks by Fulani Herdsmen

Former aviation minister,  Femi Fani-Kayode  has accused President  Muhammadu Buhari of aiding and abetting  attacks by Fulani herdsmen  in the country. Fani-Kayode also said, via an article titled “The Road to Kigali”, that the killer herdsmen are being backed by the government. President Muhammadu Buhari  (Twitter) Read the article below: In 1994 almost one million Tutsis were murdered in cold blood in the space of on month by members of the ruling Hutu tribe in Kigali, Rwanda. The genocide that took place in Rwanda at that time ranks as one of the most sordid chapters of African history and it must never be allowed to happen anywhere again on our continent. Sadly we do not appear to have learnt the lessons of Kigali in our country probably because most Nigerians have no knowledge of history because it is not taught in our schools. That single failing and lack of knowledge may well lead to our final undoing as a nation because the parallels and signs of
