Child Abuse Teacher brutally beats  pupil with barbed wire;  leaves him with severe  injuries   Isaac Dachen What could be the offence of this little kid that his teacher should injure him this much up a pupil over an undisclosed offence, using a barbed wire, thereby inflicting severe injuries on the child.
