  Chuwang Emmanuel in Lafia   May 4, 2016 The Chief Magistrate Court in Keffi,  Nasarawa State, on April 21, 2016, sentenced 36 Fulani armed men to two years each in prison without the option of fine. The convicts were arrested with arms on April 17, 2016, by soldiers of the 177 Guards Battalion in Keffi. They claimed they were going to Nasarawa Local Government Area of Nasarawa State to assist recover rustled cows belonging to their kinsmen. The verdict of the court was disclosed last weekend in a statement signed by the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Ismaila Numan, an assistant superintendent of police.
