✈Adamu, an airplane cleaner, was cleaning the pilot's cockpit when he saw a book entitled, "HOW TO FLY AN Airplane FOR BEGINNERS. FCC. Volume 1"

✈He opened the 1st page which said: To start the engine, press the red button. He did so, and the airplane engine started. He was happy, and opened the next page:

✈To set airplane moving, press the blue button. He did so and the plane started moving at an amazing speed.

✈He wanted to fly, so he opened the 3rd page which said: To let airplane fly, please press the green button. He did so and the plane started to fly. He was excited.

✈After 20 minutes of flying, he was satisfied and wanted to land so he decided to go to the 4th page. He fainted after reading the instructions.

✈The 4th page said: To learn how to land a plane, please buy Volume 2 at the nearest bookshop.

Recession: Sokoto Cancels Scholarships, Withdraws its Students from Foreign Universities

Sokoto state government has given approval for the transfer, back home, of 39 of its citizens currently in various schools in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. In today’s exchange rate, the move will enable the government save over N500m from the policy. The government said this signals change of priorities in the payment of scholarship to study abroad. β€œThe transfer/relocation of the students was necessitated by the need to conserve funds and apply same to more critical areas in the education sector,” the state Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, said this Friday in Sokoto when he received the report of the committee instituted to advise government on the issue. He added that admissions have been secured for all the students in Nigerian schools, while arrangements have been made to ensure that none of them misses a grade level upon their return home. β€œAs at the time we sent the children to Dubai to study last year, the state government was spending over 400 million naira per ...

Great Ways On How To Look Taller Even Without High Heels

By  FPN Most women who are petite wear high heels to look  taller. Apparently, high heels make women feel good and also make us feel sexy. For those who wear high heels to look taller, there are other ways which you can look taller without high heels. 1. Flats and strappy sandals, especially in light or nude colors, that show a lot of skin will help elongate your legs instead of just cutting them off at the ankles. When it comes to boots, look for styles that end just above your ankle, at the narrowest part of your leg, so that as much of your leg is visible as possible. You can also try a fitted over-the-knee boot, but make sure to wear it with something extra short and fitted through the waist to make your legs look as long as possible. 2. Style your hair so that it has some height and fullness around the crown. You don’t have to have a big hair look, but avoid flat and smooth styling on top. 3. When going for jumpsuit, look for something fitted and tai...

ONE LITTLE GIRL: an interesting story of a shoe Addict

I find Imelda Marcos story very interesting. Thought of sharing. Enjoy ONE LITTLE GIRL  Once upon a time there was a little girl. She was a beautiful little girl, everyone agreed. She had dark hair, pale skin and almond eyes. And she sang like an angel. Everyone agreed on that too. Until she was 10 our little girl lived in the big city. It was a sprawling, bustling, filthy place. She lived in a hovel. Well, it wasn’t so much a hovel as a rundown garage. And, when the wind blew at night, the doors and shutters creaked and banged and she was very afraid. And every year when the fierce monsoon rains wreaked their vengeance on the earth the floor of the garage flooded and the little girl’s bare feet were cold and wet. One night in a fearsome storm our little girls’ mummy died – β€œof pneumonia”, they said, but our little girl didn’t understand. And so she and her widowed father and her five brothers and sisters left the garage in the big city and went to live on a tropical ...
