Matters of the Heart: Are you dating a boy or a matured man?

Difference between dating a boy vs a man. From Collins Oscar the author of emotional 419.

Nos 1. A man knows what he wants and goes for it. A boy may have some what of an idea but not really. A boy is passive, a man is assertive.

2. A man plans for his future and is working towards building a foundation and infrastructure in order to have his own family. A boy lives only in the moment and his plans are mostly around which bar he's going to hit up the weekend.

 3. A man looks for a woman with intelligence who is supportive grounded and encompasses a shared set of value when choosing a partner. A boy cares mostly only for girls who are hot wild and exciting.

4. A man knows when to invest in a woman and jump in with two feet, takes responsibilities. A boy is always testing and runs away from responsibilities.

5. A man knows how to have a good time and be social, but is often busy making strides in his career and building his life. A boy is getting crunk with his buddies at the bar every weekend.

6. A man takes time to reflect on the type of man he want to be, the example he want to leave and the vision for his life. A boy has not established his moral compass or values is often inconsistent.

7. A man has integrity he means what he says and says what he means, he follows through and actions his promises. A boy makes promises but doesn't follow through.

 8. A boy plays games. A man doesn't. To clarify, what i'm referring to "Games" i mean mind games. Now ladies a lot of these differences require taking the time to know someone to figure out if the apple of your eye is indeed a man or a mere boy.

Maturity is when you can handle conflicts within a relationship and not allow it affect the purpose for the relationship. Maturity is not about age, we have 30 -35years old  (man ) we also have 40-45years old (boy) depending on their actions and deeds. You will hear of a young responsible man. And also hear of a old fool adult with no value despite his age. From Collins Oscar. The author of emotional 419. Share with men and women young and old.

The state commissioner of finance, Alhaji Umar Saidu, who stated this in Sokoto on Sunday while giving an update on the system’s implementation, said government is determined to trace and close down all dormant and  inactive accounts operated by it. He said since the introduction of the TSA, there has been a massive improvement in the reconciliation of public finance figures between the government and commercial banks. This, according to him, has reduced risk of errors in reconciliation processes and has enhanced timeliness and quality of the fiscal figures from such accounts. The commissioner said the introduction of the TSA has now enabled government to regularly monitor public cash balances while at the same time ensu...

Sokoto state government has given approval for the transfer, back home, of 39 of its citizens currently in various schools in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. In today’s exchange rate, the move will enable the government save over N500m from the policy. The government said this signals change of priorities in the payment of scholarship to study abroad. “The transfer/relocation of the students was necessitated by the need to conserve funds and apply same to more critical areas in the education sector,” the state Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, said this Friday in Sokoto when he received the report of the committee instituted to advise government on the issue. He added that admissions have been secured for all the students in Nigerian schools, while arrangements have been made to ensure that none of them misses a grade level upon their return home. “As at the time we sent the children to Dubai to study last year, the state government was spending over 400 million naira per ...
